What counts as a project?
An active project: in design, approved or under construction. Completed projects stay in the history, with
everything that was recorded, and don't take up a plan slot.
Who counts as a user?
Each person on your team who signs in with their own e-mail and password. Your clients, who follow the
project in the portal, don't count — give access to as many as you like.
What is an AI request?
Each message the assistant answers — written on screen or on WhatsApp — and each site photo analyzed. Automatic
summaries, alerts and WhatsApp shortcuts (summary, week, alerts, undo) don't use requests. The month's usage is
shown next to the input box.
What if the AI requests run out before the end of the month?
The system keeps working normally; only the assistant pauses until the month turns, and photos keep being
stored. Nothing extra is charged unless you ask. If you need more, talk to us.
What do I need for the WhatsApp assistant?
Nothing: it uses the PRODMUS business number. Just add the phone numbers of the people on your team in the
system settings, and they can start talking to the assistant.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The system opens in the browser, on any computer. The client portal was designed for phones first,
which is where clients open the link.
Is my data safe?
The connection is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored so that not even we can read them, anyone who
gets the password wrong several times is locked out for a while, and the backup runs every day and is checked. The
portal shows the client only the progress of the work — never prices, measurements or costs.
In what currency do I pay?
Prices are set in US dollars and you pay in your local currency, converted at the day's rate when each
invoice is issued and rounded to a clean price.
Can I add just one project or one user?
Yes. On any plan you can add an extra project ($29/month) or an extra user ($9/month), without switching plans. The calculator above shows when moving up a plan starts to pay off.
